Running the simulations

In preparation. Laptop-scale versions of the input files are being prepared and checked against the full-resolution results shown in the lectures.

The lectures analyze two simulations of the GEM reconnection problem with an ion-to-electron mass ratio of 100:

This chapter will cover running each input file, where to put the output so the lecture notebooks find it, and how long each run takes on a laptop.
